South West London Digital Pioneer Fellowship Programme Launched
Posted on
The South West London (SWL) Digital Pioneer Fellowship was recently launched on 21 July, with the aim of providing digital health leadership guidance and learning to those spearheading innovative digital health and care projects within the SWL Integrated Care System (ICS). This programme is modelled after the successful DigitalHealth.London Digital Pioneer Fellowship Programme, and seeks to empower Fellows that are driving positive change in the healthcare landscape through the use of digital technologies.
Funded by the SWL ICS, the SWL Digital Pioneer Fellowship programme has been designed as a learning community for those dedicated to expediting digital transformation within NHS organisations. Fellows will be participating in a total of six Learning Days that will cover topics such as building effective business cases, using Agile methodologies for project delivery, structuring evaluations and applying change management principles.
As part of the programme, Fellows will also have the opportunity to attend various workshops and events throughout the year, and will be granted access to resources where they can share their experiences and challenges, learn from experts, and collaborate to develop effective digital solutions to transform working pathways within the wider SWL ICS.
