Biography: Luisa is currently on secondment from her regular role as a Business Support Team Leader within the People Directorate, which covers Adults and Children’s Social Care and Education.

South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship project summary: This project is to facilitate the implementation of a package of Care Management solutions for use by the Council’s Short Term Assessment and Reablement Team. This involves building and configuring People Planner, Care Planning and Care Compliance provided by the Access Group which will replace the existing legacy software.

Estimated number of patients / staff impacted by the project: Patients: approximately 200 monthly. Staff: 110.

Goal(s) for time on the South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship: Luisa aims to increase her exposure to colleagues in other organisations and disciplines in digital innovation-related roles so she can share challenges, experiences and learnings.
