Biography: As the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Manager for Kingston Hospital, Shaun leads the development effort at the Trust to develop the EPR to suit patient demographic and to meet all national standards.

South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship project summary: EPR optimisation. The Trust currently uses an EPR system called Cerner Millennium which has a good update of system usage across the organisation but features too many variations on processes. This project has been initiated to resolve variance in processes and to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing best practise and harmonising system usage where possible.

Goal(s) for time on the South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship: Shaun aims to build a network of like-minded individuals to solve common ICS-wide problems.
