Biography: Priya is responsible for delivering digital transformation projects within her team. She works closely with the Head of Imaging to support the delivery of projects and organises the project management structure, workstreams and governance. Priya also establishes project assurance, reporting structures, risk management and supports the delivery of Project Management Office (PMO) functions by working closely with project support resources. She supports the set-up and delivery of workstreams, working with colleagues on scoping, design and delivery. In her role, Priya manages the life cycles of projects, reporting on progress and managing risks and issues, escalating where necessary to the Imaging Steering Group. Her support ensures that benefits are identified, understood, measured, tracked and owned.

South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship project summary: The South West London Imaging Network is collaboratively working with four acute Trusts across South West London (SWL) and part of Royal Marsden with the aims to reduce waiting time for diagnostics, gain better value for money, share a workforce as well as image and reporting, improve patient outcomes, implement joined insourcing/outsourcing, improve interoperability and efficient workflow.

Estimated number of patients / staff impacted by the project: Patients: 919,000 (SWL population). Staff: unsure.

Goal(s) for time on the South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship: To learn and use agile project manager tools, examine business cases and gain knowledge of leading transformation projects in NHS.
