South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship project summary: The aim of the Digital Team Communication Plan is to set up a formal communication approach for ICS digital activity and engaging with digital. Currently, stakeholders and partners are unaware of the purpose and the work underway with the ICB Digital Team, the Digital Transformation Investment Plan, how the Digital Team works with provider digital teams and how the team adds value. The Digital Transformation Investment Plan (established by the Digital Team) defines and tracks the ICS-level digital activity. The project will develop an engaging narrative that explains digital objectives, shared challenges, and opportunities for stakeholders to get involved.

Estimated number of patients / staff impacted by the project: Patients: won’t have a direct impact but as more stakeholders and partners are aware of the purpose of the work underway with the ICB Digital team, this will ultimately affect patient care and experience. Staff: staff in SWL ICS/ICB (staff numbers unknown).

Goal(s) for time on the South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship: Sindhu hopes to learn from experts in the field of strategic leadership and change as well as learn from the experience of peers with first-hand experience of trying to influence stakeholders and enact change in the NHS.
