SWL ICS and DigitalHealth.London announce the second cohort of the SWL ICS Digital Pioneer Fellowship

Today, South-West London Integrated Care System (SWL ICS) and DigitalHealth.London welcomes 30 new Fellows to Cohort Two of the SWL ICS Digital Pioneer Fellowship. The programme supports change makers employed by NHS, Local Authority and Voluntary Sector organisations in South-West London to design and lead health and care transformation projects underpinned by digital innovation.
Shortlisted for the Digital Literacy, Education and Upskilling Award at the HSJ Digital Awards 2024, the SWL ICS Digital Pioneer Fellowship supports staff employed by NHS, Local Authority and Voluntary Sector organisations in South West London to design and lead innovative digital projects that transform care delivery, enhancing efficiency, and improving patient outcomes.
From mastering Agile methodologies to crafting compelling business cases, Fellows will gain the skills and knowledge needed to drive real change through immersive Learning Days, workshops and events covering topics such as structuring evaluations and applying change management principles. The programme also doubles as a learning community, connecting Fellows to like-minded peers, influencers in the system and experts who can mentor them.
A total of thirty Fellows were selected from across SWL ICS for Cohort Two, including staff from Local Authority Organisations, NHS Trusts, Primary Care and Community Organisations:
