Biography:I am one of the Executive Partners at Bourne Health. We are an NHS primary care organisation based in London. We are led by a group of GP Partners focused on excellent and sustainable patient care, through digital innovation and harnessing the skills of our multi-professional team. I am the lead for clinical operations and digital innovation, and am a GP trainer. I have been both a Director and Chair of Croydon GP Collaborative 2016 – 2020, and have been the Clinical Director for LineIn Ltd.

South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship project summary: For our GP surgeries, we are developing a web based, single point of entry, digital platform, later developing into an app. It will enable easy patient access to our service whether they access online, call, or walk in. The design aligns with our clinical operation model and allows flexibility for future changes. This will streamline the patient journey from presentation, triage, through to appointment scheduling.

Estimated number of patients / staff impacted by the project: 50-60,000 (our current registered population) and more with growth

Goal(s) for time on the South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship: My goal is to enhance my expertise in Agile methodologies, change management, and strategic influencing to effectively lead digital transformation at Bourne Health. The fellowship will provide me with the necessary skills and network to drive innovation, ensuring successful implementation of our patient-centered digital platform.
