Biography: My role focuses on contributing to digital projects and service optimisation within the Digital team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and translating stakeholder requirements into digital solutions.
  • Leading user acceptance testing.
  • Supporting the digital transformation manager in project implementation.
  • Utilizing strong communication skills and proficiency with various tools.
  • Thriving in an agile, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environment.

South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship project summary: Migrating manual processes across the company onto our CRM (customer relationship management system) to eliminate staff’s admin time allowing them to focus on high priority work. A major pain point we have in the organisation is that end users tend to repeatedly input information, it would be great if systems could essentially “talk to each other”. The aim for the project is that when end users input their NHS number onto our CRM their demographics are automated.
