Biography: I am a Business Analysis Manager, managing a team of analysts to provide the business intelligence required by services and executives at Epsom and St Helier Trust. I look for opportunities to replace manual process with automated digital solutions for the reporting of Trust/service information to ensure that my team are processing the services data in the most efficient way.

South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship project summary: Ideally, I would like to identify and implement an improved digital solution to cover both collection and reporting of information regarding Community Paediatric Services. The outcome of delivering this would be to reduce the resource required on manual processing and general administration and to improve the readiness of the service to present it’s data for both operational efficiency and outcome reporting (internally and externally).

Goal(s) for time on the South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship: My goals for the pioneer programme are to develop my skills to help me undertake projects that cut across the integrated care system and also to learn from and make new connections.
