Biography: I am a GP Partner, a mother, a reflective curious individual who is loves growth and change. I am a GP Partner for 4 days a week (Part time) and a mother the rest of the time. In my GP role, I am the CQC Registered Manager, HR Manager and Lead for a few clinical areas. I teach medical students and carry out appraisals. Outside work I am a podcast junkie – I love listening to podcasts that help with spiritual growth and learning to live in the present. I enjoy walks in nature and alone time to reset in the mornings before the kids wake up and the day begins. It really helps set my mood and approach for the whole day.

South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship project summary: We are setting up total triage model at the GP Surgery and I am leading on the e-consult aspect of it and how we can best use this tool to suit our patient demographics and help manage patient demand. We have also been in touch with other providers like anima and abtrace to see if we can use them alongside or in place of accurx.

Goal(s) for time on the South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship: I want to learn how to use digital tools to improve patient care and get patients to the care that best suits their clinical need that patient want led care at present which is often mismatched to resources.
