Biography: Emma is a strategic Business Support Team Manager with a proven ability to leverage digital technologies to drive operational excellence and enhance service delivery within the social care and healthcare sectors. Her expertise in identifying and implementing innovative digital solutions alongside the Digital Team has resulted in significant improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strong outcomes.
South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship project summary: The Short Breaks Team (Health service) provides support for children with disabilities via Groups and 1:1 sessions, they have a CRM Social Care system, but it does not interact securely with workers or families of the child, therefore everything is manual produced with some Google form exceptions. Emma will implement a whole system for the team which will contain a series of processes via the Digital Customer Platform where office based staff can interact and liaise directly with sessional workers and families securely, streamlining and simplifying their transformation to Digital.
