South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship project summary: In order to meet the demand for our services, we need to make it easier for people to access us digitally. We want to commission a new website with interactive features that integrates seamlessly with Salesforce (CRM), enabling automatic logging of interactions. We want to incorporate AI to give us insight into the changing nature of the kind of help and support people are looking for. This insight will help us with making business case and funding applications. Website would enable people to get quicker answers to FAQs, inspire donors and have a payment platform for both donations and services.
