Where I’m responsible to design, support and manage the delivery of high-quality Training on number of Leadership and Development courses, ensuring programmes provide staff with the knowledge, skills and behaviours outlined in the trust’s behaviour policies whilst supporting the achievement of corporate objectives, as well as other programs on iCLIP (Cerner Millennium)
