Biography: My job role involves supporting staff with IT problems, leading the implementation of new technologies, and ensuring both software and hardware is functional. I began working for the NHS at an administrative role within a GP in 2018 and moved to the role of IT Lead in 2023 following graduating.
South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship project summary: My aim for this project is to ease the administrative burden on staff by creating technological solutions which will partially automate numerous tasks using the inbuilt features provided by Google Apps Scripts.
Estimated number of patients / staff impacted by the project: Approx. 20 Staff Members with a patient population of ~8200.
Goal(s) for time on the South West London ICL Digital Pioneer Fellowship: Meet like minded individuals, enhance my leadership skills and gain further information and understanding on the current digital transformation projects which are taking place throughout the NHS.
