Originally from Australia, Viccie trained as a Physiotherapist and worked in Australia and the UK specialising in Older People’s Rehabilitation, Ergonomics and Manual Handling before moving into managerial roles in Provider and Commissioner NHS organisations. She is currently an Associate Director of Transformation focusing on the Ageing Well themes: Enhanced Health in Care Homes, Community Transformation and Pro-active Care; along with End of Life Care across South West London.
Sindhu started her role as a Digital Project Manager in April 2023. She works closely with Programme Managers, Deputy Directors, digital transformation, the Chief Clinical Information Officer and the Chief Digital Information Officer to support health and care improvement, delivery of changes, transformation and innovation, and business-as-usual processes, inclusive of assurance.
As the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Manager for Kingston Hospital, Shaun leads the development effort at the Trust to develop the EPR to suit patient demographic and to meet all national standards.

Samina has worked as a Principal Public Health Intelligence Specialist for over 9 years in the London Borough of Merton, leading the data and intelligence aspects for the Public health team. She oversees the provision of high-quality and often complex information from a range of sources, ensuring that they are appropriately analysed and interpreted for use at operational and strategic levels to support and inform decision-making.
Priya is responsible for delivering digital transformation projects within her team. She works closely with the Head of Imaging to support the delivery of projects and organises the project management structure, workstreams and governance.
For the last 9 years, Patrick has worked within the NHS at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and currently reports to the Chief Innovation Officer as the Trust’s technology in his roles as innovation manager and IT business partner. His role involves identifying opportunities for innovation and championing the implementation of new technologies, building strong partnerships with medical professionals to understand their unique challenges.
Molly has worked at Croydon Health Services (CHS) for nearly two years, and was previously a digital midwife for two years at another trust in the South West London Integrated Care Board. In her role, she is a clinical specialist and consultant on IT projects, providing digital transformation to maternity services. Molly is also responsible for data, data quality and digital health records in the CHS maternity department.
As the Digital Transformation Manager at Achieving for Children, Matthew’s primary objective is to drive organisational change by leveraging innovation and technology. With a strong background in programme and project management, he leads in shaping the organisation’s digital priorities and ambitions.
Maryem is an interface GP, acting as a link between primary and secondary care. She has an interest in proactive care, frailty, palliative care, admission avoidance and providing holistic care.
An Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse by background, Marlon joined the Information and Communication Technology Department at St. George’s University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in 2019 to be part of the Integrated Clinical Information Programme (iCLIP) using Cerner Millenium.
In his current role as IT Project Manager at the Information Management and Technology (IM&T) Department at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Manmohan manages the IT projects for new and development of current solutions.
Lynsey is part of a team who optimises patient care by transforming patient pathways through a digital process and is responsible for integrating digital solutions within the Trust’s patient record system, ensuring accurate testing, supporting training and communications with stakeholders as well as promoting the adoption of change.
Luisa is currently on secondment from her regular role as a Business Support Team Leader within the People Directorate, which covers Adults and Children’s Social Care and Education.
In 2019, Kimberley joined the Kingston Hospital Change team as an Information Management and Technology (IM&T) Change Manager. In this role, she lives and breathes digital transformation; from small changes that digitise a paper form to Trust-wide changes that impact both staff and patients.
Katrina is a senior transformation lead for both community transformation and digital transformation within St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust. She is currently working on a number of digital projects, including improving the digital skills of the workforce, analysing the workforce’s baseline digital skills and leading an action plan to improve them.
In Judith’s current role as the first Chief Nurse Information Officer (CNIO) in Kingston Hospital Foundation Trust, she is focused on maximising the efficacy of the Trust’s EPR systems (and the data within them).
Jonathan is currently in a Senior Project Management role within a Patient Access Programme, focusing on the implementation of digital tools and technologies to improve patient care and clinical outcomes. The programme aims to create a digital front door for the Trust, making it easier for patients to access services, underpinned by efficient and effective administrative processes, becoming more digital and automated by default.

James is the Liaison Psychiatrist for a specialist oncology Trust split across two sites (Chelsea and Sutton). He works with mental health nurses and psychologists to identify and treat new and existing mental health conditions, especially those impeding access to cancer investigations or treatment, with a focus on optimising patients’ quality of life.
