Charlotte’s role is to provide support and leadership to the bariatric and diabetes dietitians at Chel West and West Mid hospitals. Charlotte’s project involves developing a bariatric resource app that consolidates all the necessary dietary, psychological, medical, and surgical information in one place.

Nadia Sajjad is a Consultant with a special interest in Obstetrics Medicine, Endocrine disorders in pregnancy, and Medical Education and is the current lead for Obs Endocrine service at WMUH and Lead for Ambulatory care at WMUH.

Rachel is the Macmillan Gynaecology Clinical Nurse Specialist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Her project is focused on implementing a patient initiated follow up pathway for patients who have been treated for endometrial cancers.

Natalie is a Consultant Obstetrician Gynaecologist, she is the West Mid lead for the Early Pregnancy Unit and aims to improve the experience for clients experiencing early pregnancy loss or complications.

Katie is a Senior Health Adviser at Sexual Health London and would like to develop varied forms of information to support all service users with different learning needs and ultimately improve user experience.

Mohamad is a Clinical Research Fellow in the Planned Care Division and is digitalising Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMS) in the Colorectal Department.
