Biography: Sophie is a Senior Health Adviser and Service Manager for Sexual Health London. Her service offers remote testing, emergency and routine contraception, safeguarding, and sexual health support to residents in 30 of the 33 London boroughs.

Horizon Fellowship project summary: Sophie’s project involves evaluating patients’ experience of receiving a reactive HIV result via the SHL (Sexual Health London) service. She aims to collect feedback from patients and utilize it to provide advice for changes and service improvements. The SHL service is a sexual health e-service that provides access to sexual health testing via the internet and local venues.

Estimated number of patients / staff impacted by the project: Approximately 400 patients per month.

Goal(s) for time on the Horizon Fellowship programme: Sophie’s goal is to host qualitative interviews with a minimum of 40 service users that inform changes to the digital provision of this service.
