Ijudai Jasada
Ijudai is an innovation Project Manager in Cardiology who will be supporting the development of digital remote monitoring solutions to support multi-morbid patients attending the cardiology service.

DigitalHealth.London is delivered by the Academic Health Science Network (AHSN) for South London, the Health Innovation Network (HIN), which is hosted by Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation Trust. The AHSNs were set up by NHS England in 2013 and were relicensed from April 2018 to operate as the key innovation arm of the NHS. The DigitalHealth.London Accelerator is part-funded by the UK Government via the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, as well as through DigitalHealth.London’s partners CW+ and the Office for Life Sciences.

CW+ is the official charity of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
