The following seven Accelerator companies were recognised:

  • Oxehealth, 2020-2021 cohort – Winner of Excellence in Remote Monitoring award

“We are thrilled to have won the Excellence in Remote Monitoring category at the HTN Now Awards 2021, especially as this sector has been rapidly growing in prominence and importance during the global pandemic.” Charlotte Wood Director, Mental Health at Oxehealth.

“Through our participation in the DigitalHealth.London Accelerator programme, Oxehealth hopes to raise awareness for how our unique vision based patient monitoring platform, Oxevision, can help clinicians to improve safety, quality and efficiency of care in hospital. We see the opportunity that this programme affords it’s members as a real springboard, drawing on the learning from others scaling innovations and increasing our network and reach within the NHS itself.”

  • Vantage Health, 2020-2021 cohort – Winner of Excellence in Digital Pathways award

Our aim is to support the CCG in reducing demand on secondary care services through the operationalisation of local pathways, which is ever more necessary as we help the NHS respond to the pressures of COVID-19 and through recovery. We also look forward to being able to work with other CCGs and trusts in achieving this goal”.

  • HN, 2018-19 cohort – Winner of SME Innovation award in partnership with L2S2 Ltd

Joachim Werr, Founder and Executive chair of HN said, “Winning SME Innovation in the HTN Now Awards 2021, is a fantastic recognition of the HN team’s work with our partners, L2S2 Ltd. Our collective strength cover both advanced data science/AI capabilities to find patients with poorly controlled disease and then digital and clinical delivery to support these patients. I believe this comprehensive set of senior competencies and capabilities enabled us to win.

The DigitalHealth.London Accelerator has been pivotal in our journey towards winning this award and scaling our service offer. One of the key benefits provided by DigitalHealth.London Accelerator, is the unique access to networks within and around the NHS that is given to SMEs. This level of support is something that can’t be bought.”
