About: Phlo are a Digital Distance Pharmacy that delivers NHS and private prescriptions directly to the patient, either by direct delivery door to door or via Royal Mail.

Recent success: Providing patients across London with acute and repeat prescriptions with an average delivery time of two hours. Phlo’s app is used by a wide range of patients aged 18 to 78 years old. The average registration process time is less than 3 minutes.

With the spread of COVID-19, Phlo’s service has experienced a significant increase in user numbers. We’ve seen demand from those most vulnerable in society as well as those affected by self-isolation and social distancing. Phlo is proud to stand with the NHS and the UK government as they work to stem the spread of COVID-19.
