27th January, 2021

Every week, we put a spotlight on one of the DigitalHealth.London Accelerator or Launchpad companies. Here’s a roundup of this month’s featured SMEs:

About: Developed by physiotherapists, EXi aims to transform everyone’s health through science-based and personalised exercise programmes for those who are less active or suffering from chronic health conditions. We also provide real-time feedback to health professionals via our clinician portal.

Recent success: We have begun clinical pilots in sites throughout the UK in differing specialities. We are delivering the first Apple Watch sponsored trial in Europe, providing exercise programmes and remote monitoring for post-stroke patients for 4 clinical sites in Ireland.

Ask: We would love to work with clinical teams to provide an evidence-based digital exercise programme for their clients. We can work with clinical teams in almost any speciality, but would especially like to work in primary care, cardiology, diabetes, mental health and cancer.

Vantage Health

About: Vantage Health provides technology-driven solutions to the NHS as part of its mission to help transform the way healthcare is delivered, with a focus on the referral process. Our latest solution, the AI-powered Rego Care Navigator, automatically validates referrals against pathways helping clinicians direct patients and patient information to the right provider, resulting in the better utilisation of local care services and reduced pressure on acute secondary care.

Recent success: Vantage Health has partnered with Oxfordshire CCG to provide its AI platform, Rego Care Navigator. The platform transforms the referral process by automatically validating referrals against local pathways helping clinicians to direct patients to the right provider, resulting in better utilisation of local care services and reduced pressure on hospitals.

Ask: Introductions to ICSs/CCGs and hospitals that are looking for digital solutions to better manage demand and reduce pressures on secondary care.
