Vanessa Ponnusamy

Vanessa is a scientist with a MSc in Clinical Microbiology from Queen Mary, University of London. She has worked in the NHS for over 15 years in a variety of different roles. Her longest serving role was as a Clinical Autonomic Scientist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and The Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery at Queen Square. She has carried out clinical research and has worked in clinical research trials.
As a project manager, Vanessa has supported digital improvement in primary care in the North Central and East London cancer services. She has also lead transformation projects in the Maternity Service Team North West London Integrated Care Board, specifically in the design and implementation Perinatal Pelvic Health Services in four trusts across the sector. She was also the National App Lead for the Mum & Baby App.
Vanessa was on the DigitalHealth.London Horizon Fellowship prior to joining the team.
