Interview: Accelerator’s Sara Nelson talks with Infinity Health

Programme Director, Sara Nelson, and Accelerator Alumnus, Elliott Engers of Infinity Health, recently sat down with Elemental TV to talk digital innovation in the NHS.
On the 28th anniversary of her employment with the NHS, Accelerator Programme Director Sara is joined by Elliot Engers, CEO of Infinity Health, in an interview with healthcare technology channel Elemental TV.
Infinity Health, a secure collaboration and task management app, was part of the 2017/2018 DigitalHealth.London Accelerator cohort. The Infinity team has gone on to help London North West Healthcare NHS Trust save over 10,000 hours of staff time and this achievement led to their winning the top prize for “Partnership of the Year” at the HTN Awards.
In this interview, Elliot talks about the support the Accelerator provides and explains how the programme’s benefits contributed greatly towards their success. Both Elliot and Sara highlight the importance of evidence generation in working with the NHS, in order to prove the impact of an innovation to those who will be implementing it. The Infinity CEO explains the value of being able to access the best health researchers and economists through the Accelerator, as well as key stakeholders within the NHS.
