Wendy Jones

Digital Project Manager and Best Interest Assessor

London Boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth

Biography: I have been a qualified social worker for over forty years. I have worked in front line roles and also spent time teaching social work students at a distance learning university. I am interested in using creative solutions to maximise and promote positive change, and growth and development.
I use my social work skill and expertise to embed the use of care technology with front line staff. This work has also included working to achieving and maintaining culture change, and ensuring the appropriate business processes are in place. I liaise with providers to ensure technology becomes embedded in the way we assess for and provide care to our residents. We also trial innovative solutions such as outbound AI calling.
