Digital Pioneer Fellowship project: Bringing e-consultations into general practice

Planning to pilot with NWL CGG and 20 practices that make up Harness Healthcare.

Sachin is a General Practitioner working in Wembley. Having worked within his own practice to streamline IT processes he now leading on Primary Care Transformation for his Local GP Federation. A number of projects are focused on bringing digital healthcare and innovation down to a practice and patient facing level and planning implementation for the real world.
