These false positives, in turn, result in wasted bed hours and clinic hours. Additionally, heart failure nurses, who play a crucial role in patient triage, are stretched thin due to high vacancy rates and rising patient numbers.  

The Solution

Our digital platform addresses these inefficiencies by offering accurate risk assessments for heart failure patients, reducing unnecessary hospital admissions and improving the efficiency of care pathways. For example, high-risk patients can be identified early and managed appropriately, preventing costly hospital readmissions, while low-risk patients can be safely managed without excessive interventions. This digital approach marks a shift from traditional biomarker testing, overcoming previous barriers caused by data availability and access.
