MyMynd

NHS Problem

Poor mental health accounts for 6 million lost days each year for the NHS, costing £12.1 billion in absence, presenteeism and bank/agency staffing. Shortages negatively impact patient care, staff morale and attrition.

The urge to endure is overwhelming with intensified pressures on overstretched NHS teams leading to exhaustion and burnout. Unable to discuss/take time off due to responsibilities towards colleagues, patients and fear of judgement, many suffer in silence or quit.

Until now there has been no consistent way to identify those struggling or target support to strengthen resilience across the whole organisation to get ahead of this challenge.

The Solution

MyMynd is a workplace digital mental health and wellbeing platform that proactively identifies issues for early intervention and directs targeted support precisely where needed to strengthen resilience.  Any concerns are flagged to a dedicated team of responders for 1-to-1 follow-up and personalised guidance. All users are guided to targeted resources linked to their needs to improve their well-being.

Employers get aggregated insights on emerging trends to align wellbeing strategy to the organisation’s needs, accompanied by a customised programme of resources/workshops to enhance organisational capability across teams/managers and improve wellbeing across the workforce.

We have also recently launched a suite of standalone workshops on protecting mental health and promoting well-being for high-performing teams and managers.
