Digital Pioneer Fellowship project: Merging call centres to manage demand

The project will merge for GP practices IT and Telephony systems into a single call Centre serving four sites. The new Centre will manage all of the digital demand for the 15,000 patients concerned.

Since completing his MBA at Imperial College in 2014 Jahan has implemented his Business learning both in the Commercial Sector as a Management Consultant and in various Commissioning Officer roles leading Digitalisation in Primary Systems.
