Digital Pioneer Fellowship project: Implementation of ‘Physitrack’

To implement “Physitrack”, an innovative web-based exercise prescription programme so that patients can be provided with their physiotherapy rehabilitation as a print-out, PDF via email or via accessing a web-based/ mobile application in musculoskeletal outpatients and hand therapy. This will help to improve quality of care and patient adherence/ empowerment.


Jack is a Team Lead Musculoskeletal Outpatients Physiotherapist working at St. Thomas’ Hospital in London. He has also worked at some of London’s other large hospitals such as the Royal London and Guy’s Hospital. His areas of clinical expertise are in the management of musculoskeletal problems, orthopaedic fractures and soft tissue injuries and has a specialist interest in the rehabilitation for Anterior Cruciate Ligament ruptures. He is passionate regarding how digital health can transform the quality of care given to patients in daily physiotherapy practice in Musculoskeletal Outpatients and beyond.
