Digital Pioneer Fellowship project summary: To improve access to high quality digital healthcare for all patients. Although they have implemented virtual appointments during COVID-19, not all patients have the same access to digital solutions to improve self-management of their long-term conditions. This leads to healthcare inequality, reduced integrated care as well as increased clinician burden.
Estimated number of patients / staff impacted by the project: Minimum 700,000 but will look to expand this with partnerships.
Goal(s) for the programme: To be able to implement change which will increase access of digital solutions for all patients.
