In the fourth #EvaluateDigiHealth webinar, Professor Trish Greenhalgh (Oxford University) and Dr Victoria Betton (Mindwaves) join a lively conversation and debate about the pitfalls and challenges of digital health implementation and evaluation. They critically reviewed the evolving digital health landscape seen through the prism of COVID-19 and shared insights about implications. Having collaborated closely on the theory-based development and testing the NASSS-CAT tools, they discussed how these can help innovators and implementers assess and deal with complexity in technology supported health and social care projects.
