The Accelerator is a highly competitive 12-month programme for digital health companies that have products or services with high potential to meet NHS and social care challenges.
Who is the Accelerator for?
The DigitalHealth.London Accelerator programme is for digital health companies with a product or service that has high potential to meet the current challenges facing the NHS and social care today, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and as detailed in the NHS Long Term Plan. Companies successful in gaining a place on the programme usually have a product or service that has already been piloted in the NHS and is ready to scale.
The DigitalHealth.London Accelerator programme is part-funded by the UK Government via the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), as well as through DigitalHealth.London’s partners CW+ and the Office for Life Sciences.
What’s involved?
The Accelerator provides tailored support over a 12-month period. Support includes:
- An assigned NHS Navigator who has NHS clinical or service manager expertise
- A programme of expert-led workshops and events as well as bespoke 1:1 advice sessions with digital health and NHS advisors from across the DigitalHealth.London network
- Brokering of meaningful connections between innovators and NHS organisations with specific challenges
