Yasmin joined the NHS five years ago, starting as a Graduate Management Trainee at Guy’s and St Thomas (GSTT) before progressing to a Service Manager role.
As a Service Manager, Yasmin specialised in the operational and strategic management of outpatient services, working with the clinical team to improve the patient journey. Yasmin has experience of writing NHS business cases, managing a large administration and implementing digital technology within a clinical setting.
Yasmin has been involved in the implementation of an electronic patient record in GSTT’s outpatient services and the development and successful management of an online digital booking system for Paediatric Allergy Challenges.
