Lepalele is an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist and emerging Project Manager with over 20 years in healthcare across the UK, Spain, and Equatorial Guinea. She has extensive expertise in perioperative care, digital transformation, and service improvement, with a strong focus on patient-centred innovation. 

Before joining DigitalHealth.London, Lepalele co-led the development and deployment of an early screening digital tool at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, improving triage pathways and operational flow. She also played a key role in the adoption of MyPreOp and the establishment of the Ortus I-Health virtual cardiac ward at Royal Brompton Hospital, projects that significantly enhanced patient safety and service efficiency. 

She is AgilePM certified and currently completing a Change Management qualification, equipping her with the tools to deliver complex digital health projects in multi-professional environments. Lepalele is particularly passionate about inclusive healthcare innovation and ensuring digital solutions are accessible to all patient groups, including those with communication challenges or limited digital literacy.
