NHS Navigator

Lavinia is a NHS Navigator in the Innovator Support team at the Health Innovation Network South London. She holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering and a postgraduate qualification in Leadership, Management, and Improvement for Health Services.  

She brings over eight years of NHS experience, with a background in operational and strategic management of clinical services in acute hospital settings, supporting the delivery of continually improving, high quality patient care. Lavinia has a strong track record in leading transformation and quality improvement initiatives, developing successful NHS business cases, and implementing digital technologies within clinical environments. 

Over the past two years, she has supported innovators through programmes such as Accelerating FemTech, the DigitalHealth.London Accelerator, and Launchpad – helping to shape solutions that address key challenges in the health and care system. She has also supported companies in securing public grant funding to develop their innovation. 

Lavinia is particularly passionate about women’s health, closing the gender health gap, and tackling health inequalities.
