Before joining the NHS, Jade spent over a decade in Early Childhood Education, specialising in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Her longest serving role was as Acting Manager and Special Educational Needs & Disabilities Coordinator, where she led on the quality improvement process to raise the outcomes of those most vulnerable to developmental disparities. 

Jade has a passion for improving long-term health outcomes and quality of life, which drives her dedication to leveraging digital health solutions that improve access to timely and effective healthcare services.
