Biography: CW+ Art & Design Research Volunteer supporting creative health, wellbeing, and empathy innovation projects for staff and patients.

CW Innovation Fellowship project summary: VR empathy training to help clinicians understand patient experiences and improve empathy and care quality.

Estimated number of patients / staff impacted by the project: around 200–250 staff in the pilot, with indirect benefits for patients, and potential to reach over 1,000 staff if scaled.

Goal(s) for time on the Horizon Fellowship programme: Develop, test, and refine VR empathy training to enhance compassionate, patient-centred care.
