About: Preventing avoidable sight loss from chronic macular eye diseases using AI to improve service efficiency and outcomes for patients.

Recent success: Deployed AI-mobile Diabetic Eye Screening pop-up clinics in Rural India across a population of 7M. Screened 1,250 diabetic patients, and potentially saved sight for 90 patients previously undiagnosed and untreated.

Preparing trial with the NHS for Macular Disease treatment management using AI.

About: Stigma Statistics is a start-up social venture enabling suicide prevention through data insights. They have developed a platform for the collation, sharing, analysis and reporting of suicide information. The aim is that it will result in more timely support for the bereaved, better intervention and prevention strategies.

Recent success: Launch of a pilot in Cambridge & Peterborough, in partnership with Cambridgeshire County Council, Peterborough City Council, Cambridgeshire Constabulary, Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Coroners, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire Mind, Change Grow Live and Lifecraft.
