Lewis is a physiotherapist who has 20 years’ experience in a wide range of clinical practice, including the NHS, professional football and private clinics. He has especially worked with people who have musculoskeletal and long-term health conditions. He also has an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Queen Mary, University of London and significant experience in implementing projects into the healthcare setting.
Lewis has significant experience in digital health, being the co-founder of a digital health company working in the field of long term condition management and as a result he has a strong insight into the challenges that SMEs face when they are trying to take their product into the NHS. Having been a clinician and working closely with many clinicians from differing specialities and backgrounds, he also understands the challenges that clinicians face, the evidence that is required and the processes that need to be followed to embed digital products and pathways into the NHS.
