Project: Enhancing NHS 111 with a digital platform

Organisation: NHS Hammersmith and Fulham CCG

NHS 111 Online seeks to enhance the existing 111 service with a digital platform.

For three of the eight CCGs in North West London (NWL), we have gone live with a 111 app powered by Babylon. For the other five CCGs, we are planning to launch the digital channel by April 2018. In NWL, we are keen to have a single supplier for 111 Online across our STP, therefore developing a robust evaluation framework will be key. In Hammersmth and Fulham CCG, we are also working on the evaluation of the new GP at Hand service, working with NHS England.
