Transformation requires an army of ‘change-makers’ to pull together and play their part.

The  NHS Digital Pioneer Fellowship is a 1 year programme targeted at front-line NHS staff who are leading digital health transformation projects within their host organisations. It is designed to Equip the fellows with new skills and knowledge (for example how to build good business cases, how to use Agile as a project delivery technique, how to structure a good evaluation, how to define and manage benefits realisation, change management principles etc). It is also designed to Inspire fellows by enabling them to hear about the art of the possible from others. The programme Connects fellows with like-minded peers, influencers in the system, and people who can mentor them.

In our first year we empowered 23 fellows from across London NHS organisations, spanning varying roles and levels of seniority to take control and make a greater impact with their projects. This unique programme is supported by a family of partners all passionate about this agenda, which include NHS England Uscreates, Atos, Cerner, FutureGov and more.

Fellows who fully engage and commit to the programme can expect to receive a number of benefits in terms of personal and professional growth, raised profile and project development.

The Application period opens on Monday 3 December and closes midnight on Friday 18 January 2019 Sunday 20 January 2019.
