She went on to work in service improvement roles for the Royal Marsden Hospital and south west London Cancer Network. Over the past 4 years she has worked as a senior project manager for the Health Innovation Network (south London’s Academic Health Science Network – AHSN), overseeing large scale projects in Diabetes and Atrial Fibrillation. “Digital transformation offers an opportunity, first, to address the competing demands faced by NHS staff on a daily basis by supporting the delivery of safe, cost-effective services through the secure and efficient sharing of information; and second, by meeting patients’ expectations, which are evolving as a result of the impact of digital services on other areas of consumer life.”
