Communication tool for DH.LA

The DigitalHealth.London Accelerator is a programme delivered by a number of partners to support small & medium sized enterprises to improve engagement with the UK health system and help develop digital health products and tools. The Accelerator is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and is one of the programmes of DigitalHealth.London.

We are wishing to procure a communication tool to be used to facilitate communication with the different cohorts of companies that we will support over a 3 year programme. Details of the service required are as follow:

  • Number of years: 4 (3 years + 1 last year for auditing purposes).
  • Number of users: 50 on year 1, up to 80 on year 2 and 110 on year 3. We would then need only 1 user on year 4 to be able to access the system and retrieve information if needed.
  • Method of payment: invoice only. Could you please specify any contractual arrangement that would be put in place.
  • Requirements: possibility to search through our communication; possibility to create different channels of communication; admin support to be included.

We would like to receive a quote to reflect these requirements, could you please send it to matteo.morelli@nhs.net by COP Thursday 25th of August.
