Description:

We are looking for a Project Support Officer to support delivery of the DigitalHealth.London Accelerator. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to be part of a ground-breaking strategic team, developing the London digital health economy. The successful applicant will combine formal programme administration skills, with the ability to manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

DigitalHealth.London is a partnership, expert in accelerating the adoption of digital innovation by linking health and care organisations with digital health innovators for the benefit of patients and populations. The ambition is no less than to bring the transformation that we have all seen in our daily lives through digital advances, into London’s NHS. The DigitalHealth.London Accelerator is the first major programme. The programme is designed to provide a cohort of eligible small to medium sized start-ups and SMEs with access to the support they need to innovate and grow – including, uniquely, early access to the NHS.

Despite the array of talent and resources available, market failures related to poor collaboration and coordination between SME’s (SMEs) and the health system are stifling London’s competitiveness in digital innovation. The Project Support Officer will work strategically, creatively and flexibly with the Accelerator Team to support administration of the programme. This will involve working with both NHS and Industry partners and liaising with all DHL Accelerator Funding and Strategic partners.

All candidates are welcome to apply on NHS Jobs before 18/04/2017 09:00 – More info and apply here.

The programme is receiving funding from the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020. The Department for Communities and Local Government (and in London the intermediate body Greater London Authority) is the Managing Authority for European Regional Development Fund. Established by the European Union, the European Regional Development Fund helps local areas stimulate theireconomic development by investing in projects, which will support innovation, businesses, create jobs and local community regenerations.
