Yinka joined Imperial College Health Partners as an Innovation Delivery Lead in October 2014. In her role, Yinka has led on driving forward a number of Patient Safety projects and a transformational programme focussed on Medicines Optimisation in North West London.
Prior to joining the Partnership, Yinka spent 10 years of her career in management consultancy, specialising in the healthcare sector, delivering programmes of work related to technology enabled transformation and change management within the NHS. Yinka has held a number of senior roles leading complex technology led projects which include the areas of Integrated Care; Data sharing; Clinical Risk management and Electronic prescribing, within multiple healthcare organisations across the country. Prior to her life in management consultancy, Yinka spent 11 years practising as a Pharmacist within the Community, Acute, and Industry settings.
She brings a range of skills including Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Management, and Digital Innovation. She is an Entrepreneur, having founded a digital start-up focussed on behaviour change and food choice. Yinka has a degree in Pharmacy from University of London, and a Masters in Business Administration from Imperial College Management School.
